Dr. Plischke holds a German Doctor degree in Chemical Engineering, and has extensive experience in technology development with a USA based multinational consumer goods manufacturer (Procter & Gamble). He became (co-)inventor on numerous patent applications and patents, before he moved into the IP division and qualified as European Patent Attorney (authorized to represent before the European Patent Office). The primary focus in all his IP work, however, was always geared towards developing IP strategies, including the development of IP management systems and structures. Since 2001, he works as an independent consultant.
